The first step, Tech Wash®, is a specialist cleaner that safely removes dirt, body oils and detergent residues that can reduce the effectiveness of technical fabrics. Unlike household detergents, it cleans without leaving behind water-attracting residues, helping restore breathability and preparing garments for reproofing.
The second step, TX.Direct® Wash-In, restores the garment's Durable Water Repellency (DWR), allowing rain to bead off the surface while maintaining breathability. The wash-in treatment provides complete, even coverage throughout the garment, including seams and hard-to-reach areas, with no heat activation required.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery method you choose. Charges are based on the rate we are charged by your chosen carrier. We do not add a handling charge. If you have a change of mind or order the wrong item, you will need to return it to us within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.

Orders received before 8am (Melbourne time) will be shipped same business day. All orders received after this time will be shipped next business day.

Most orders are dispatched from our Melbourne Warehouse location, however your order may be dispatched directly from the manufacturer or one of our business partners.
It is always best to have your parcel delivered to an address where you are sure that someone will be available to receive it during business hours.
