If you have a change of mind or order the wrong item, you will need to return it to us within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.

Orders received before 8am (Melbourne time) will be shipped same business day. All orders received after this time will be shipped next business day.

Most orders are dispatched from our Melbourne Warehouse location, however your order may be dispatched directly from the manufacturer or one of our business partners.
It is always best to have your parcel delivered to an address where you are sure that someone will be available to receive it during business hours. We ship world wide via Australia Post or DHL. Please note that you may be required to pay any taxes and duties imposed by your country of destination to clear this item through your "Customs" process.
