The Victory Straight Boning Utility Knife features a 13cm Stainless steel with a hardness rating of 54-56 HRC and a white hard wearing, non-slip handle, both of which had been approved by the MAF and the FDA. The Victory Straight Boning Utility knife is easy to maintain its edge, and can slice easily due to its thin blade. For added safety this knife also features a finger guard, to decrease chances of slipping. This knife is also has hygienic measures, such as the lack of gapping between the blade and handle, meaning no place for food to hide away in.

Most orders are dispatched from our Melbourne Warehouse location, however your order may be dispatched directly from the manufacturer or one of our business partners.
