BACK COUNTRY CUISINE Apricot Crumble Regular is a lightweight freeze-dried dessert combining freeze-dried apricot halves in a sweet sauce with a shortbread biscuit topping. Designed for outdoor adventures, it provides a convenient dessert that is quick to prepare using boiling water and can be eaten directly from the pouch.

The 150 g pouch produces a 463 g prepared dessert. Simply remove the biscuit pack, add boiling water to the apricot mixture and allow 10–15 minutes for rehydration before finishing with the biscuit crumb. The compact format helps reduce pack weight while providing a substantial dessert for camping, hiking and other outdoor trips.

Its compact 150 g pouch, quick boiling-water preparation and separate biscuit topping make it well suited to camping, hiking and other adventures where lightweight food and simple preparation are important.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery method you choose. Charges are based on the rate we are charged by your chosen carrier. We do not add a handling charge. If you have a change of mind or order the wrong item, you will need to return it to us within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.

Orders received before 8am (Melbourne time) will be shipped same business day. All orders received after this time will be shipped next business day.
